I have extensive experience in criminal law which gives me a comprehensive understanding of how prosecutors think and work. My practice takes clients facing any and all Texas state charges, whether it be a DWI on a suspended license, drug possession, burglary, or murder.

I am particularly concerned with the collateral damage to a defendant’s life wrought by a conviction. The consequences of a conviction can stay with a person for the rest of his/her life, including loss of the right to own a firearm, loss of the right to vote, and temporary suspension or permanent revocation of driving privileges. A conviction can make it difficult for a person ever to find gainful employment again, and remains as a permanent blemish on a record. As such, I work diligently to defend my clients and am not afraid to take a case to trial if necessary.
